Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms offered a beautiful view, but the mattress was firmer than I would have liked, and the toilet had a leak that wasted water. The service was good overall, with convenient amenities such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, but I wished there were more shops and commercial services available on-site. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Swarthmore, close to nature at the college and next to the train station. The dining experience was average, with homemade sausages being a highlight. The facilities were generally satisfactory, but improvements could enhance the guests' experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The leaky toilet wasting water was bothersome, but the beautiful view somewhat made up for it. The bed could have been firmer, though.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a firm mattress and a beautiful view, but unfortunately, the leaky toilet was a significant issue that wasted gallons of water constantly. The service was decent, with dry cleaning and housekeeping available, but lacked a bit of warmth. The location was superb, being very close to the train station for an easy 30-minute ride into Philly, yet the price seemed a bit high for what was offered. The dining experience was satisfactory, with the freshest fish available. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel had a fantastic location next to the train station in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view, but the constant leak from the toilet was a major drawback. The service was impeccable, offering dry cleaning and housekeeping. The dining experience with smoked meat was delightful, but the facilities lacked a bit in maintenance.
The hotel has a beautiful view from the rooms, but the leaky toilet was a letdown. The mattress could have been firmer. The service offers dry cleaning and housekeeping but lacks a happy hour. The location is very close to the train station, making it convenient, but being on a college campus was unexpected. The dining experience includes grilled fish. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor inconveniences.
I couldn't get enough of the stunning view from my room, but dealing with a leaky toilet was a real damper. The mattress could have been firmer, although the room was nice overall.
